Mayim Rabim, translated as Great Waters, is an evocative song cycle based on texts from the erotic Biblical love poem Song of Songs, composed by Ayelet Rose Gottlieb.

Ayelet's music is a passionate blend of jazz, Middle-eastern rhythms and improvisations drawing inspiration from the likes of Oum Kalthoum, Betty Carter and Ornette Coleman, as well as the Jewish traditions of Sephardic music and Klezmer
